A Message from Ms. Sanchez, Assistant Principal
Dear Parents, Students and Staff,
Our first Saturday School was a huge success!! We had over 150 students participate. We know that this success is due to your help. Thank you!
Report Cards will be coming home this Wednesday, February 1st. Please make sure that you look them over and discuss them with your children. If you feel that a conference is needed with your child's teacher please call the school and make appropriate arrangements. Your child's academic success begins with you at home.
This month both the PTA and the BAC will be hosting a joint meeting. Please make sure that you are able to attend. There's a lot of important information distributed during these meetings.
As many of you know we offered the program, "May I Have this Dance" to our 5th and 6th graders. They have worked very hard learning dances such as the tango, waltz, and merengue. We will be sending 10 couples to the Chicago Cultural Center on February 17th. We are all very proud of our students and ask that you join us in giving them a big congratulations for their achievement. We know we will be bringing home a dance trophy!
